Kazaure School of Health Technology Notice To All Students On Misconduct and Discipline.


This refers to any bad behavior or act of mismanagement. The school considers the following as misconduct within and outside the school e.g. at practice areas.
- Fraudulent admission (falsified result, false declaration of state of origin, L. G. A. or any documents submitted to the school for consideration
- Examination malpractice (refer to chapter Violation of rules and regulations of any kind governing the school
- All acts of dishonesty, destructive, and immoral conducts, fighting, and pubic disturbance as the case may be.
- The above are only examples, or instances of what constitutes acts of misconduct or indiscipline as the appropriate authority of the school reserves the exclusive right to determine what constitutes acts of misconduct or indiscipline in any given circumstances of a particular case. Details of rules and regulations offences and penalties are contained in the relevant sections of this handbook.
- Posting of any information on any of the social media platforms, e.g. Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp. Instagram, or any other media channel, Radio station, TV station, which may be detrimental or destructive to the school, management, or any member of the staff is prohibited and that action will results to indefinite suspension or dismissal from the school or as may be decided by the school.
- Creating any group or page of Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram, carrying the name of course, level or department by any student is prohibited, any student found guilty will be dealt with accordingly. However, all groups will be opened and fully managed by the H.O.D. of the department who will serve as admin responsible of adding and removing members where necessary. Any student that violet this may be suspended or dismissed from the school.
Disciplinary procedure
- Any case of misconduct by the student or group of student shall report to the relevant officer in the school. Proven cases shall be investigated by a panel or committee set up by the head of the school.
- The committee or panel shall investigate and make recommendations to the school authority for appropriate disciplinary measures
- Student(s) charged with any act of misconduct will be liable to immediate suspension prior to completion of the investigation.
- In case of breach or violation of any regulation, students must not take the law into their hand, such cases should be reported to the security or appropriate officers.
- A petition against any disciplinary action shall be submitted by the affected student to the appropriate officers.

- Officer within 30 days from the date on which the decision was committed to the student.
