Khadija University, Majia, Jigawa State notice on end of 2023/2024 session break

This is to inform all staff and students that the senate, had at its 10th regular meeting held on Thursday, 22 August, 2024 approved the end of 2023/2024 session break from Monday. 26th August, 2024 to Sunday, 22nd September, 2024.

2. As usual, staff are expected to finish the marking of the 2nd semester examinations by 7th September, 2024.

3. The senate has also approved a re-sit examinations scheduled as follows: Monday, 16 to Saturday, 21″ for revision and Monday, 23rd to 30th September for re-sit examination Consequent upon the above the 2024/2025 session shall commence from 23rd September, 2024 to 21 December, 2024.

4. Examinations shall hold in January, 2025.

During the re-sit examinations students shall be expected to register for missed and/or carryover courses. This will enable students to start the 2024 2025 session with little or no outstanding courses that could affect his/her graduation.
