Kogi State University, KSU Kabba Registration Procedures for Newly Admitted Students 2025/2026 academic session.


The management of the Kogi State University, Kabba wishes to inform the newly admitted students of the registration guidelines for the 2025/2026 academic session as follows;
Procedure for Registration and Resumption (FRESH STUDENTS – 100 AND DE STUDENTS)
- Visit the University’s website: www.ksukabba.edu.ng. Click on new student and provide your JAMB registration number to access your portal.
- Pay the acceptance fee through Remita (Indigenes: N10,000; Non indigenes: N20,000) and then pay your school fees (amount depends on your programme of study). Print the receipt for both payments.
- Bring a copy of your Post-UTME printout and the institution’s copy of your JAMB admission letter to the University and submit them to the Admission Officer.
- Go to the Registration Desk to collect the personalised screening form and complete it.
- Take your personalised screening form to the Bursary with evidence of payment of:
i. Post-UTME screening fees – Two thousand naira (N2,000),
ii. Acceptance fees paid via Remita (receipt of payment), and
iii. School fees (receipt of payment).
You will not be able to register if you do not pay your school fees. - Go to Faculty Officer to complete your documentation with the following:
- The personalised screening form certified by the Bursary,
- Two (2) passport photographs,
- Photocopy of your results*,
- Photocopy of your UTME result slip,
- Photocopy of your State of Origin certificate*,
- Photocopy of birth certificate or declaration of age*
Bring original of the document for sighting by the Faculty Officer
Go to the ICT Centre to get your data captured.
Go to your Academic adviser in the Department for guidance on the courses you would offer.
