Kogi State University, KSU Procedure For Students’ Regularization


This is to inform all concerned students that the management has released the below procedure for student regularization;
- The student should visit JAMB office and provide their bio-data.
- The student will make payment to JAMB and obtain indemnity form.
- The student will fill their part of the indemnity form and submit @ Room 16, Academic office.
- The Director of Academic Planning will sign, recommend the indemnity form and submit to jamb.
- The student will check their JAMB portal for approval.
- After approval, the student will print their jamb admission letter and submit to Academic office and student affairs.
WHO IS REQUIRED TO DO REGULARIZATION?
- Students who have done change of course.
- Students who have done change of institution.
- Students who have done correction of name. E.g Wrong spelling and name re-arrangement.
Note:-No change of date of birth. No change of LGA/State
