LASU Warns of Admission Scams, Urges Checking Official Social Media.
As the admission process for the 2025/2026 academic session commences, the University Management once again advises prospective students, parents, and the general public to remain vigilant against misleading social media posts on unofficial platforms.
These posts may direct candidates to individuals or channels outside the university’s official platforms, potentially exposing them to fraudulent schemes.
All prospective students and their parents are strongly advised against making payments to anyone promising university admission, as such efforts will ultimately be unsuccessful.
To avoid falling victim to scams, all admission-related and official information should be verified on the university’s authorised platforms:
