The National Commission for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD), in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development, is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the 2025 People with Disabilities Scholarship. This program aims to provide financial assistance to deserving undergraduate students with disabilities, empowering them to pursue higher education and achieve their academic aspirations.

The scholarship will cover the full tuition fees of successful applicants, paid directly to their respective tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
Eligibility Requirements for National Commission for Persons with Disabilities Scholarship
To be eligible for the NCPWD Undergraduate Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Disability Status: Applicants must be individuals with disabilities.
- Enrollment: Applicants must be bonafide students of any public tertiary institution in Nigeria.
- Academic Performance: Applicants must maintain a minimum CGPA of 2.5.
Required Documents for National Commission for Persons with Disabilities Scholarship
Applicants are required to submit the following documents:
- Application Letter clearly stating their disability status.
- Recent Passport Photograph
- Phone Number
- Academic Transcript (if available)
- Letter of Identification from their Local Government Area (LGA)
- Letter of Identification from their Head of Department (HOD)
- Copy of Admission Letter
