Hafsoh Yusuf, a First-Class graduate of Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), has secured a prestigious internship at KPMG after taking the initiative to reach out directly to the firm.
She shared her inspiring journey on social media, posting two photos with the captions, “Frame 1: How it started” and “Frame 2: How it is going.”
The first frame featured the email she sent to KPMG, in which she expressed interest in joining their Deal Advisory or Accounting Advisory teams ahead of her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
In her message, Hafsoh introduced herself as a First-Class graduate and highlighted her admiration for KPMG’s values of excellence and integrity. She emphasized the resilience and discipline it took to graduate with top honors and detailed her self-driven efforts to build skills in financial analysis, problem-solving, and communication through virtual learning experiences.
She wrote:
