OAUSTECH Commencement Of Clearance For All Graduating Students.


This is to inform all graduating students of the 2022/2023 academic session that the Vice-Chancellor has approved the commencement of the mandatory final clearance for 2022/2023 academic session with effect from Monday, 26th February, 2024.
All graduating students are hereby instructed to visit the University Portal as from Monday, 26th February, 2024, to make the prescribed payment for certificate, obtain the online clearance form and proceed to the necessary Departments/Units as indicated in the form for physical clearance.
By this circular, all relevant functionaries in the University with regard to students clearance are also informed and requested to ensure the non-indebtedness of the students before signing the form.
It should be noted that this final clearance exercise is a prerequisite for prompt preparation of notification of results and mobilization into the next stream of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
