The Ogun State Institute of Technology, Igbesa (OGITECH) 6th Convocation Date has been announced.
The Rector, Dr. Abiodun Babatunde Oluyese, from FCA, FCMA on behalf of the Governing Council, Academic Board, Management, Staff and Students of the Award Winning Institute, Ogun State Institute of Technology, Igbesa wishes to notify Graduates, Parents and the general public of the 6th Combined Convocation Ceremony for the Award of Higher National Diploma, National Diploma and presentation of prizes to deserving graduates of the Polytechnic who Concluded academic programmes during 2021/2022, 2022/2023, 2023/2024 academic session.

Please note the following instructions:
- All Graduands are to pay the sum of N20,000 (Twenty Thousand Naira Only) vide the portal, www.ogitech.edu.ng. Thereafter, they are to collect Academic Gowns and Brochures from their respective School Officers as from Monday, 24th February, 2025 between the hours of 10:00am-4:00pm.
- Collection of Certificate: All Graduands, who have completed their clearance by midnight of 23rd February, 2025 will be eligible to collect their certificates during the convocation with 50% discount on the cost. The discount is a concession for those who attend the convocation only. The amount will revert to original cost after the Convocation Ceremony. All payments must be through the Institute portal.
- All Graduands are advised to hand in their gowns at the point of collection on or before Friday, 28th February, 2025 in good condition. Non-compliance on deadline for return of gowns will attract a penalty of N25,000.
- All Graduands, Parents, Guests should be seated by 10:00am.
