Akanu Ibiam Poly ND Admission List for the 2025/2026 academic session has been released. Candidates who applied for admission into the National Diploma of the Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Uwana for the 2025/2026 academic are to proceed to check their admission status.
The list of admitted candidates has been uploaded online. Candidates are to follow the procedure below to check their admission status.

How to Check Uwana Poly Admission List
As of the time of this publication, the Akanu Ibiam Poly prospective students can only check their admission status from the JAMB Portal.
CHECK ADMISSION STATUS ON JAMB PORTAL
To check your admission status on JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal, please follow the procedure below:
- Go https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
- Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
- Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
- Then click on Admission Status,
- You should then click on check admission status or
- Click on Access my CAPS.
- Select the three-dotted lines at the top right corner of your browser ( i.e. ⋮) and then tick ‘Desktop site‘. (you can click on the image for better view)
- Then click on admission status
- You will either see admission in progress check back later, or NOT ADMITTED, or CONGRATULATIONS.
- Case 1: If you see CONGRATULATIONS…, accept/Reject your admission and wait for further instruction.
- Case 2: If you see admission in progress, then be patient, the status will change in few days/weeks. Just check back after some time.
- Case 3: Not Admitted, if in such case, please don’t give up yet! You might still gain admission. Just be hopeful!
CHECK ADMISSION STATUS ON THE SCHOOL PORTAL
Soon, the list will be made available on the Akanu Ibiam Poly Admission portal. When that happens, the procedure below will likely be used to check admission status:
- Visit Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana admission status checking portal @ https://portal.polyunwana.edu.ng/Modules/Admissions/CheckAdmissionStatus.aspx
- Enter your application number which will be found in the acknowledgment slip you printed out during registration, e.g. APP/HND/00001 OR APP/ND/00001.
- It will redirect you to generate an invoice for payment of sum of #1500.
- After generating the invoice print it out, then go to any bank of your choice and make your payment,
- Lastly confirm your admission status by going back to the school portal again https://portal.polyunwana.edu.ng/Modules/Admissions/CheckAdmissionStatus.aspx and input your application number and your admission status will be displayed.
