Rufus Giwa Polytechnic notice on payment of approved fees and completion of screening/registration formalities for 2022/2023 academic session.


The School Management write to reiterate for the umpteenth time, the decision of the Management regarding the full enforcement on institution’s extant policy which does not allow students who fail to pay aprovapp fees and complete Screening/Registration formalities before the commencement of Semester Examination from participating in such Semester Examination.
In this regard and mememem of the Polytechnic Community especially students are to note that inlo students who paid approved fees in line with extant procedure and who complete Screening/Registration formalities will be allowed to participate in the First Semester Examination in the 2022/2023 Academic Session.
For clarity, the document in which every student is to present before being allowed into any Examination Halls during the Semester Examination under reference are listed below;
- Acceptance or Admission Fee Receipt
- Receipt of payment for Admission Letter
- Result Verification Fee Receipt
- School Fee Receipt (s)
- Appropriately signed and officially stamped ND Admission Letter for ND Student and HND Admission Letter for HND Student.
Therefore, every student who wishes to participate in the Semester Examination which commences on Tuesday, 20th June, 2023, must be in possession of the original documents listed earlier before the commencement date.
Management directs all students to comply with the stated conditions strictly.
