School Of Nursing Mater Misericordiae Ebonyi State Admission Form for the 2025/2026 Academic Session is Out. The cutoff mark is 140. Form Cost N30,000. 

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified for admission into the College of Nursing Sciences, Mater Misericordiae Hospital, Afikpo, Ebonyi State for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

School of Nursing Mater Misericordiae Eligibility

• Applicants must possess five (5) O’Level Credits in either WAEC/NECO or NABTEB in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in not more than two sitting with a UTME score of 140 above.
• If the above institution is not your first choice, then visit your JAMB Portal and select the College of Nursing Sciences, Mater Misericordiae Hospital, Afikpo, Ebonyi State as your first choice institution and Nursing as course of study respectively

School of Nursing Mater Misericordiae Entry Requirements

• Candidates must be atleast 16 years of Age 
• Candidates must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate of its equivalent SSCE, NECO, NABTEB, GCE with a minimum of Five Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in not more than two sittings. 
• Birth Certificate/Declaration of age (not baptisms card)
• Testimonials from the last school attended 
• A letter from your parish priest or pastor/baptisms
• Marriage Certificate if married 
• Original photocopies of all relevant documents will be sighted during interview 
• Three recent passports photographs
• Mode of identification (NIN, PVC, Drivers license, international passport)
• Post Basic candidates should submit their certificates or licence

6. Come to the exam venue with your application/exam slip, change of institution (if applicable), proof of payment and other relevant academic credentials

• Time: 8:30am

Post-UTME Screening Test/Interview will take place on Thursday & Friday, 28th & 29th August, 2025 respectively at the College ICT Hall.

NB: Candidate are to bring along with them the original receipt of payment and all relevant documents. Only candidates who possess entry requirements and pass the Entrance Examination will be eligible for interview.
