Tansian University Post UTME / Direct Entry Admission Form for 2025/2026 Session is Out. The form cost N10,000.

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admissions into the 2025/2026 Academic Session in the undergraduate programmes of Tansian University.

Direct Entry (DE) candidates also interested in a private university can apply.

About Tansian University

About Tansian University is a private university licensed by the Federal Government under the close supervision of the National Universities Commission (NUC) on May 17th, 2007.

The university is located in Anambra State, Nigeria with two campuses:

Umunya Campus: Along Enugu – Onitsha Expressway, P.M.B 0006, Umunya – Anambra State, Nigeria.
Oba Campus: Along Old Nnewi – Oba Road, Off Onitsha – Owerri Road, Oba – Anambra State, Nigeria.

Tansian University adopts a holistic concept of education. The process of education in the Institution is not seen primarily as a process of acquiring knowledge but also the inculcation of virtues that would progress through successive stages of rebirth to become more godlike, to lead his immediate and extended environment.

This follows the etymology of education delivered from the Latin word, Educo, educare, educavi, educatum and its variant, Duci, ducere, duxi, ductum, which means to ‘lead.’

Tansian University Admission Requirements.

All candidates applying for admission into any of the undergraduate programmes must:

Possess the academic qualifications as specified by the Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board for Course of choice.
Achieve at least the approved minimum pass mark in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations.

Note: Candidate who sat for the 2025 UTME who did not indicate Tansian University in any of their choices are eligible to apply.

There is Direct Entry Admission for NCE holders for two/three Year Degree Programmes in the Faculty of Education.

There are opportunities of getting local/foreign scholarships in Tansian University.

Make the admission payment and proceed with application. You will a received confirmation message after submission

3. REGISTRATION

Visit the Registrar’s office with your credentials to complete your registration

Application Forms are obtainable on this website (Online Application) and from the Admissions’ Office, Tansian University, Umunya (Umunya/Oba Campuses), on payment of ₦10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only, into the Tansian University Management Bank Account No. 1012227706 at any branch of Keystone Bank Plc Nationwide (Click Here to Pay Online).

FOR FORMS PURCHASED FROM THE SCHOOL: After payment, Applicants should forward the payment details (Name, Teller Number, Telephone Number and Email Address) to admissions@tansianuniversity.edu.ng and come to the School for Registration. Presentation of Original Evidence of such payment is also required.
