UDUSOK Registration Deadline for 2024/2025 Session [UPDATED]

I write to inform you that the University Management has directed that all undergraduate students are expected to complete their 2024/2025 registration including printing and collection of stamped Examination Cards on or before Wednesday 19th April, 2025. In this regard, any student (both returning and new) who could not adhere to the timeline set by the management is advice to defer the academic session. Please note that there will be no provision for temporary examination card.

Accordingly, any student having challenges with registration and printing of examination card should contact the Director, Registration and Examinations and/or the Director of ICT for immediate action.

How to Complete Your Registration:

Returning students should ensure they complete their registration within the extended time frame to avoid any complications. To successfully register, follow the steps below:

• Visit the UDUSOK official website.
• Log in to your student account using your unique credentials.
• Follow the registration process as prompted.
• Submit all required documents and make necessary payments.
• Confirm your registration and print out the confirmation slip for future reference.

All students are expected to to take advantage of the extension to complete their registration before the close of the extended deadline.
