University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) 29th -30th Combined Convocation Ceremony Date has been Announced.


The Vice-Chancellor, On behalf of the Council, Senate, Staff and Students of the University Cordially Invites the general public to her 29th-30th Combined Convocation Ceremony for the Award of Degrees, Degrees, Postgraduate Diplomas, Masters, Doctorate and Honourary Degrees.
The University will hold its 29th and 30th Combined Convocation Ceremonies from Friday 10 April to Saturday 18 April 2026.

Important Notes on Payments & Collection
- Collection of any item (gowns, certificates, etc.) is subject to evidence of payment of the stipulated amount.
- All payments should be made in favour of the University of Abuja via the REMITA platform.
- Collection of academic gowns begins on 10th April, 2026 at the respective Faculties/Centres/Directorates/Schools.
4. Procession & Entry Rules
- Graduates are to assemble in front of the Senate Building at 8:30 am for the procession.
- No graduand will be allowed into the Convocation Ground after 9:00 am.
5. Return of Gowns
- Academic gowns must be returned not later than 6:00 pm on Monday, 21st April, 2026.
Late submission will attract a surcharge of Five Thousand Naira (₦5,000.00) only per day.
SECURITY NOTICE
- Luggage and bags will not be allowed into the Convocation arena.
- Car sticker provided should be pasted on vehicles for easy direction of guests to designated parking lots by the University safety personnel.
