UNIABUJA Japanese Lang & Cultural Institute Admission Form 2023/2024 is Out [UPDATED]

University Of Abuja (UNIABUJA) Japanese Language and Cultural Institute Admission Form For 2023/2024 Academic Session is Out. The Form Cost N5,500. Registration Closes On Tuesday 30th April 2024.

Applications are invited from interested members of the public for admission into Japanese Language and Cultural Institute of the University of Abuja for a certificate course in Japanese Language. The course is designed to help candidates who wants to learn the Japanese Language for a private and public purposes. 

UNIABUJA Japanese Lang. & Cultural Institute Admission Requirements

Interested applicants are required to fulfill the following conditions:

• Course 1: (0 to 80 hours) Anyone above 15 years and without previous experiences Course 2: (80 to 160 hours) 
• Courses 1 graduate or those who have studied Japanese before and achieved 70% or more in the placement test online by the university
• Have the capacity to pay for the tuition fee and learning materials by the start of the class
• Must participate in all classes and exams online via ZOOM, as well as have the application installed for regular use
• Have strong motivation to study the language
• Must demonstrate commitment to continue to study the Japanese language

MODE OF STUDY 

Part Time 

DURATION OF PROGRAMME 

Lectures will be conducted for 20 weeks online, though the course can be extended to 80 weeks to reach N4 level of the Japanese language proficiency test (JLPT).

CLASS SIZE

Only between 10 – 30 students are needed for the course. 

EXPECTATIONS

At the end of the course, candidates should be able to acquire Japanese language skills at the N5 level of the Japanese language proficiency test in 2 terms of the first year and also at the N4 level of JLPT(Japanese Language Proficiency Test) in 2 years and 4 terms

COST OF APPLICATION 

• To obtain the forms, Candidates are to pay a non-refundable fee of N5,500. The course fee is N50,000.
