University of Maiduguri, UNIMAID Merge 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 Students Academic Sessions.

This is to inform all staff and students that the Vice-Chancellor has, on behalf of Senate, approved that the 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 Academic Sessions be merged. This in effect means that the University is currently running the 2022/2023 Academic Session. The merger was necessitated by the disruptions in academic activities and other circumstances beyond the control of the Management of the University.
We further wish to inform that Management of the University will extend maximum support to Faculties that may have difficulties caused by the merger of the two Academic Sessions.
The University Management urge all staff and students to work assiduously for the successful completion of the 2022/2023 Academic Session.
Please accept the best wishes of the Vice-Chancellor.
