University Of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) End Of 2022/2023 Academic Session Final Vacation Notice


The 2022/2023 academic session is over. To Almighty Allah be the glory.
Student Affairs Division, wishes to notify all students that they should VACATE THE HALLS OF RESIDENCE TODAY MONDAY 18TH DECEMBER 2023.
Before vacating the campus for the long holiday, you must submit the following to your Hall Officer.
- University mattress
- Key to your Room.
- Any other University property in your possession.
You are also reminded that before vacating the halls of residence, you must remove all your personal belongings from the hostel. NO UNIVERSITY STAFF WORKING IN STUDENTS’ HALL OF RESIDENCE SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY LEFT IN THE HOSTEL.
Students are further reminded that the last person to leave any room should SWITCH OFF ALL WALL SOCKETS/SWITCHES AND FANS before leaving the room. Please, let us help to protect University property, because it is our property.
Students who still have any academic programme to pursue during the long vacation are to request their respective Heads of Departments to submit list of such students to the Dean, Students Affairs
Division for temporary hostel accommodation.
The Student Affairs Division wishes all students a journey mercy as they travel home for the holiday.
