A young student who has been struggling to take care of herself and her family has gone emotional when kind people surprised her with a $26,000 (N10.7m) in class.
Ashli, the beautiful and hardworking girl has been struggling with her family to pay rent and buy groceries for the entire family.
A kind-hearted man identified as @charlie discovered her condition and made it go viral which caused people from around the world to donate massively for her.
Sitting in class, the young man surprised Ashli with a whooping sum of $26,000 (N10.7m) including other gifts from kind people.
Sharing the video via Instagram, @charlie said:
Ashli has been handmaking jewelry which she sells to help her family who have been struggling financially after her dad got sick.
The most she had ever made in a day was just $20. But she did it for her family. So they could survive. Buy groceries. Pay bills. 🥺🥺🥺 But on Friday, their lives changed forever.
We surprised Ashli in the middle of her class at school… with the $26,000 that y’all raised for her!!! Army of love!
You did this! You changed their lives! The most beautiful and deserving family I know. Even Ashli’s school teachers were in tears of joy for them 🥺🥺 Army of love. Thank y’all so much. Thank y’all for stepping up. Y’all did this ❤️
