TASUED Convocation 2026: The Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) 17th Convocation Date has been announced.


This is to formally inform you that the 17th Convocation Ceremony of Tai Solarin Federal University of Education, which was earlier postponed, has now been rescheduled to hold on Thursday, 29th January 2026 .
The Ag. Vice Chancellor, Professor Adekunle Olarenwaju Adeogun, FISN on behalf of the Governing Council, Senate, Management, Staff and Students of Tai Solarin Federal University of Education, wishes to notify the general public of the programmes lined up for the 17th Convocation Ceremony for the Award of Higher Degrees, Honoris Causa, Diplomas and admission to First Degrees of the University, which will take place between Friday, 23rd and Thursday, 29th January, 2026.

All Graduands, Alumni, Students, Parents, Guardians and the General Public, are cordially invited.
Guests are to be seated by 9.00am prompt for the convocation ceremonies holding on Wednesday 28th and Thursday, 29th January, 2026.
Information to All Graduands on Collection of Academic Gown
All graduands are required to pay the sum of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) online following these steps:
- Graduands are to visit the University website: v4.tasued.edu.ng and login to the portal.
- Use Master Card or Visa Card to make payment of N10,000.00 only.
- Print receipt.
- Printed receipts are to be endorsed at the University Bursary for the collection of academic gowns and invitation cards between 20th and 27th January, 2026 at students’ respective Colleges/Postgraduate College.
Please note that academic gowns and invitation cards cannot be collected by proxy.
Return of Academic Gowns
All academic gowns should be returned on or before Wednesday, 4th February, 2026 to their respective College Officers/Secretary of the Postgraduate College.
Please note that late return of academic gown attracts a penalty of N1,000.00 only for each day of default.
