Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma Notice On Rustication of Five Students for Two Semesters.


I am directed to inform you that the Acting Vice-Chancellor, Professor A.S. Adagbonyin has, on behalf of Senate, and in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma Law 1999, (as amended) and other regulations enabling him to act in that behalf, has approved that, the underlisted students be rusticated for a period of two semesters
Accordingly, you are hereby rusticated for two semesters with effect from the Second Semester of 2022/2023 academic session.
For the avoidance of doubt, examinations taken and work done during the period of rustication should count since you were not on suspension. However, your results have to be withheld for four semesters of rustication, in which case, your results would be released after the Second Semester of 2024/2025 session.
By copies of this letter, all relevant University organs and your sponsor are being informed for their information and necessary action.
