SLU Part-time Admission Form 2026/2027 is Out [UPDATED]

Sule Lamido University (Former Jigawa State University) Admission Form 2026/2027 Academic Session is Out. The form cost N10,000. The closing date is on 26th March, 2025.

The Sule Lamido University School of Part-Time Studies invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Part-Time Degree Programmes for the 2025/2026 Academic Session

This is to inform the general public that the sale of Application Forms for admission into the Part-Time Degree Programmes of the School of Preliminary and Continuing Education (SPACE), Sule Lamido University Kafin Hausa, for the 2026/2027 session will commence on Sunday, 18th January, 2026 and close at midnight of Sunday, 1st March, 2026.

SLU Part-time Admission Requirements

    • (A) Prospective candidates must possess a minimum of Five (5) relevant passes at Credit level in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) conducted by recognised examination bodies, in not more than two (2) sittings, including credit passes in English and Mathematics.
    • (B) Direct Entry (DE) candidates, in addition to possessing a minimum of five (5) relevant O’ Level credits (including English Language and Mathematics) in the programmes applied for, must also obtain the minimum required ‘A’ Level points from recognised institutions. Relevant qualifications such as NCE, IJMBE, and Diploma certificates shall be considered for admission into 200 level.
    • (C) Top-Up candidates, in addition to possessing a minimum of five (5) relevant O’ Level credits (including English Language and Mathematics) in the programmes applied for, must also hold either an HND (with a minimum of Credit grade) or a B.Sc. (with a minimum of Third Class Honours) from a recognised institution to be considered for admission into 400 level.

      • Candidates admitted in 100-level will spend a minimum of 5 academic sessions.
      • Candidates admitted in 200-level will spend a minimum of 4 academic sessions.
      • Candidates admitted in 400-level will spend a minimum of 2 academic sessions.

      How to Apply for SLU Part-time Admission Form

      STEP 1: Visit the Sule Lamido University Kafin Hausa SPACE application portal at https://spacekhs.slu.edu.ng/application/ and select Part-Time Degree

      STEP 2: Create a profile

      STEP 3: Go to “Application Payment” and click on “Pay Now” to pay directly with your card or click on “Download Payment Schedule”’ to generate, download and print a payment schedule that contains all the information for the payment.

      STEP 4: Update your profile with the required accurate information.

      STEP 5: Update your O’ Level examination results (maximum of two sittings). After saving the information, upload a clean and clear scanned copy of your SSCE statement(s) of result (for Level One applicants).

      STEP 6: Direct Entry (DE) and Top-Up candidates should proceed to upload their original SSCE, ‘A’ Level, and other relevant qualifications corresponding to the level they are applying for, and then update their academic history. Candidates with SSCE only should simply select SSCE under academic history, while those with higher qualifications (such as HND or B.Sc.) should ensure that these qualifications are added to the list.

      STEP 7: After successful payment, you then generate, download and print the “Acknowledgement Slip” to complete your application.

        Candidates are to pay the sum of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only (exclusive of Remita charges) as part-time degree application fee via any Commercial Bank, Debit Card or through Remita website.
