UDUS Produces 119 First Class Graduates Ahead of 2023/2024 Convocation .


Ahead of its 50th convocation ceremony, Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUS) has announced that it produced 119 first-class graduates from a total of 3,561 graduating students in the 2023/2024 academic session.
Prof. Bashir Garba, the Vice-Chancellor of UDUS, made this known to journalists on Monday.
Prof. Garba added that 323 postgraduate students would be awarded Master’s degrees, 120 would receive doctoral degrees, and 20 others would be awarded Postgraduate Diplomas.
“For this year’s occasion, we have a total of 4,024 graduating students. Of this number, 3,561 will receive first degrees, 323 will be awarded Master’s degrees, 120 will bag PhDs, while another 20 will receive Postgraduate Diplomas,” he said.
