Activist Deji Adeyanju has urged TikTok star Habeeb “Peller” Hamzat to return to school and study law, emphasizing that education will strengthen his future, refine his reasoning, and add lasting value beyond social media fame.

Nigerian activist and lawyer Deji Adeyanju has advised popular TikTok content creator Habeeb “Peller” Hamzat to prioritize education, stressing that academic learning remains crucial despite his fame and online success.
Adeyanju’s comments come in the wake of Peller’s public fallout with his partner Jarvis, whom he accused of involvement in money laundering. The situation has drawn widespread attention across social media.
Education as a Path to Growth
According to Adeyanju, while Peller’s creativity and influence have earned him significant recognition, a solid educational background would help shape his future and add lasting value to his career.
“Peller should go to school. Education will shape his life and destiny,” Adeyanju said. “He can keep doing TikTok and making money, but education will add real value to his life.”
A Push Toward Studying Law
The lawyer further encouraged Peller to consider pursuing a degree in Law, noting that it would enhance his reasoning skills and equip him with the knowledge to better understand the legal and ethical dimensions of his growing digital influence.
Adeyanju added that Peller must first meet the academic prerequisites for university admission, including earning a credit pass in Literature in English.
“Let me suggest that he considers a degree in law, but he must get a credit in Literature in English first,” Adeyanju emphasized.
The activist’s remarks have sparked discussions online, with many agreeing that education remains a powerful tool for personal development—even for those who achieve success through unconventional paths like social media.
