Benue State University, Rev Fr. Moses Orshio Adasu University Bans Signing out Celebration on Campus.

The Management of Rev. Fr. Moses Orshio Adasu University, Makurdi, has issued a fresh reminder to all graduating students regarding the ban on signing-out celebrations within the university campus.
The directive, released through the Office of the Dean of Students and signed by Dr. Nelson Orkaan Alyebo, reiterates that all forms of signing-out activities remain prohibited. According to the statement, such celebrations often generate excessive noise, excitement, and congestion, which distract students still engaged in their examinations. The university also cited rising concerns about campus security during these events.
Students are therefore instructed to adhere strictly to the ban, with the warning that any violations will attract disciplinary actions from the institution.
The notice has been circulated to all Faculties, Departments, and the Students’ Union for full compliance.
