Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma (AAU) Final Year Students Verification Exercise 2022/2023 Academic Session.


The Acting Registrar has approved that the verification exercise for the final year students of 2022/2023 Academic Session should commence on Monday, 8th December, 2023
Consequently, all Faculty Officers and relevant Divisions/Units responsible for the issuance and signing of Clearance Forms should urgently commence the This is to enable concerned to appear before the Verification Unit as shown in the attached time-table.
In addition, all affected students are advised to make ready the following documents
- Evidence of payment of final year school fees
- Photocopies of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB result(s)
- Photocopies of Diploma/NCE Results for Direct Entry students only.
- Verification/Clearance Stip showing personal details clearance at point of entry or any other documents that may assist the team
- Students with WAEC/NECO/NABTEB result printout should provide unused scratch card while those with certificate should come along with the original certificate for sighting.
Please, bring this information to the attention of your students.
