AAU Ekpoma Hostel Accommodation Application Portal 2024/2025 [UPDATED]

Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma (AAU Ekpoma Notice to Students on Hostel Accommodation 2024/2025 Academic Session.

This is to formally announce that applications for accommodation into the halls of residence of the University for the new session shall officially commence on Monday, 9th March, 2025. All interested students, old and new, are eligible to apply and must take note of the following.

• The mode of application is online via KOFA

*The University Portal will be open on the said date for applications.

• Students at all levels are eligible to apply on payment of a token application fee of N1,000:00(One thousand Naira) only.
• However, no student shall be cleared into any hall of residence without clear-cut evidence of payment of school fees (at least first instalment for the 2024/2025 academic session).
• Approval of applications shall be strictly on first-come basis.
• All Housekeepers must be on hand to superintend the clearance processes in their assigned hostels in strict conformity with the university’s established regulations and high standards governing the exercise.
• Management strictly prohibits all forms of racketeering or malfeasance and will wield the big stick as appropriate in accordance with extant University statutes/regulations.

HOW TO APPLY FOR AAU EKPOMA HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION.

1. Go to https://aaue.waeup.org/login
2. Enter your username and password (desktop computer users should skip to step 4)
3. Click on the three horizontal lines (≡) at the top right (near AAU Ekpoma)
4. Click on “My Data“
5. Click on Accommodation Data
6. Click on click on the accommodation tab to apply for hostel.
7. Select the desired hostel from the list.
8. If the desired hostel is not available, select the next available hostel of your choice and complete any other info you are asked to fill.
9. Click on submit to complete the application process.
10. Create Payment ticket and then pay

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• Both old and new students that wish to stay in school hostel are expected to apply for hostel online.
• If you are a new student and you have paid your school fees, you are to eligible to apply for hostel online
• Whether full payment or half payment of school fees, you’re eligible to apply if so desired.
• It is important to know that, school hostel accommodation is for those that have paid school fee and they might generated matriculation number
