Ambrose Alli University, AAU new guidelines for issuance of certificates to graduates.

The University Management is aware of the excruciating experiences graduates of Ambrose Alli University pass through in collecting their certificates. Some have to travel long distances through very bad and dangerous roads, and at great risk just to come back to Ekpoma to collect certificates.
As a result, the Management deliberated extensively on the way forward and approved that certificates be collected upon graduation before graduates leave the campus. To make this possible, the following steps are, therefore, to be taken:
- Once the results of the final year students are approved by the Senate, a copy is forwarded to Exams and Records for processing of the Statement of Result
- A copy will also be forwarded to the ICT to ensure the necessary Certificate fee is paid by the graduates
- A copy is forwarded to the calligrapher for the inscription of the Certificate
- All necessary steps would be taken to ensure signatories to the Certificate the Vice- Chancellor and Registrar append their signatures within 48 hours.
- Upon presentation of the Certificate processing fee to the Senate Services Division, the Certificate is sealed and issued to the graduate.
The cooperation of all stakeholders -the lecturers, Heads of Departments, the Deans, and the graduating students is required to have a new seamless Certificate issuance regime and process for graduates of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma before they depart from the Campus.
Thank you.
