Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences Admission Form 2026/2027 is Out [UPDATED]

Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences Admission Form for 2026/2027 Academic Session is now on Sale. The form cost N10,200. The cut-off mark is 150. The Closing date is 31st July 2026.

This is to inform the general public especially prospective students of the Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, Azare that the school management has released the National Diploma (ND) Nursing Admission form for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must possess five (5) Credits in not more than two (2) sittings in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology from NECO & WAEC, while NABTEB is only one (1) sitting.

JAMB Requirements: Only candidates who chose the Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences as their First Choice in the just-concluded JAMB Examination and achieved a minimum UTME score of 150 are eligible to apply.

How to Apply for Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, Azare

​Purchase of Forms: Admission forms are to be purchased at the Admission Office of the School at the Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, Federal University of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital, Azare, Bauchi State at the rate of #10,200.

​Completion and Submission: Candidates are required to fill out the application forms accurately with all required details and submit the completed forms back to the school administrative office before the specified deadline.

Prize of Admission form; Ten Thousand, Two Hundred Naira (N10,200.00)

Closing Date: 31st July, 2026

Entrance Examination Date: 8th August, 2026.
