ADUSTECH Wudil Convocation Ceremony Date 2025 Announced. The procedure for the collection of Convocation gown has been released
On behalf of the University Council, Senate and Management, I write to formally invite you to the 5th Combined Convocation Ceremony of the University scheduled to take place from Wednesday, 7th May to Saturday 10th May, 2025.
The grand finale of the ceremony scheduled on the 4th day (May 10, 2025) will witness the Investiture of our Chancellor, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, GCON, Award of Higher Degrees and prizes as well as Award of Honorary Doctorate Degrees to the recipients of the Honorary Doctorate Degrees:

- Engr. Prince Arthur Eze
- Dr. Ahmed Adeniyi Raji, SAN
- Alh. Mustapha Ado Muhammad

Procedure for Collection of ADUSTECH Convocation Gown
Before collecting your convocation gown, you must pay the required fee. Use the details below to make payment at First Bank Plc:
- Undergraduates: ₦3,000
- Postgraduates: ₦5,000
- Account Name: KUST Expenditure/Overhead
- Account Number: 2031842857
Make sure to keep the bank teller after payment.
Collect your official receipt from the Bursar’s Department
After paying at the bank:
- Go to the Bursar’s Department
- Show your bank teller
- Collect your original receipt
You will need this receipt for the next step.
Pick up your convocation gown from the Academic Division
With the original receipt in hand:
- Visit the Academic Division
- Collect your gown on Tuesday, 6 May 2025
Staff will not issue gowns without the official receipt.
Return your gown on time to avoid a fine
After the convocation ceremony:
- Return the gown on or before Saturday, 10 May 2025 by 4:00pm
- Late return attracts a ₦10,000 fine
