Air Force Institute of Technology, AFIT Admission List for 2025/2026 Academic Session is Out.


We are pleased to inform the public, especially candidates who participated in Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) Post UTME that the admission list for 2025/2026 academic session has been released.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- All admitted students will be expected to pay a non refundable Acceptance Fee of NGN 20,000 when the list comes out in PDF.
- Admitted candidates should accept their admission on the JAMB website (CAPS).
- No candidate can be offered admission EXCEPT O’level result(s) that have been successfully uploaded on JAMB website (CAPS).
- All candidates are advised to regularly check their admission status on JAMB website (CAPS) and accept the admission offer to enable completion of the admission process.

How to Check AFIT Admission List
As of the time of this publication, the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) prospective students can only check their admission status from the JAMB Portal.
Check Admission Status On JAMB Portal
To check your admission status on JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal, please follow the procedure below:
- Go https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
- Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
- Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
- Then click on Admission Status,
- You should then click on check admission status or
- Click on Access my CAPS.
- Select the three-dotted lines at the top right corner of your browser ( i.e. ⋮) and then tick ‘Desktop site‘. (you can click on the image for better view)
- Then click on admission status
- You will either see admission in progress check back later, or NOT ADMITTED, or CONGRATULATIONS.
- Case 1: If you see CONGRATULATIONS…, accept/Reject your admission and wait for further instruction.
- Case 2: If you see admission in progress, then be patient, the status will change in few days/weeks. Just check back after some time.
- Case 3: Not Admitted, if in such case, please don’t give up yet! You might still gain admission. Just be hopeful!
Check on the school portal
Soon, the list will be made available on the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) Admission portal.

When that happens, the procedure below will likely be used to check admission status:
- Log on to https://portal.afit.edu.ng/putme_result/chk_result_now
- Enter your Registration Number
- Select Degree as program
- Click on submit
- Your Admission status will show on your dashboard.
