Aminu Saleh COE Matriculation Ceremony 2023 Session [UPDATED]

Aminu Saleh College Of Education Matriculation Ceremony Date For 2022/2023 Academic Session Announced. This is for undergraduate students.

This is to inform all newly admitted Students 2022/2023 Academic session that, their matriculation ceremony is scheduled to take place between 19th to 21 July 2023.

The Students are to note that MATRICULATION IS COMPULSORY.

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Registrar and Director Affiliated Colleges of the University of Maiduguri will be in the College to Matriculate the New Students. 

The Students are expected to Sign MATRICULATION OATH FORM as well as MATRICULATION REGISTER which the Registrar will take back to the University of Maiduguri.

Any Students who fail to Sign the MATRICULATION REGISTER is not a Student of University of Maiduguri and therefore may be advised to withdraw.. 

Please also note that the Matriculation exercise is not part of the Second

Semester Registration. I therefore urge all those that register with College during the First Semester to turn up for the exercise to avoid the possible Consequences.

INVITATION TO THE 14TH ORIENTATION AND MATRICULATION CEREMONY 2022/2023 ACADEMIC SESSION.

I am directed to write and inform you that the University of Maiduguri has fixed Friday 21st July. 2023 for the Orientation and Matriculation for the newly admitted 100 and 200 Level Students for the 2022/2023 Academic Session. The activities are schedule to hold as follows:

1. DISTRIBUTION OF ACADEMIC GOWN:

• Date: Wednesday 19th July, 2023 
• Venue: school of Undergraduate Studies 
• Time: 8:00am to 3:00pm

2. ORIENTATION LECTURE: 

• Date: Thursday 20th July, 2023 
• Venue: Chris Abutu Garuba Hall
• Time: 8:00am to 12:pm 

3.  REHEARSAL:

• Date: Thursday 20th July, 2023 
• Venue: Chris Abutu Garuba Hall 
• Time: 4:00 to 6:00pm

4. MATRICULATION CEREMONY: 

• Date: Friday 21st July,2023 
• Venue: Chris Abutu Garuba Hall
• Time: 9:00am prompt 

5.  CULTURAL DANCES:

• Date: Friday 21 July, 2023 
• Venue: Chris Abutu Garuba Hall 
• Time: 4:00pm 

Endeavour to attend and be punctual please.

You are to note that, Matriculation is Mandatory. Any students who fail to turn up for the exercise should consider him/herself a non-registered student of the college and therefore may be advise to withdraw.
