The Vice-Chancellor has approved Friday, 13th March 2026 as lecture free day for fresh students admitted into 2025/2026 Academic Session for the purpose of Matriculation/Orientation Ceremony scheduled as follows:-

Deans of Faculties are by a copy of this memo requested to release the students to attend the Matriculation and Orientation promptly.
Furthermore, Deans and other Senate Members are to collect Academic Gowns at the Academic Division, Gubi Campus.

Those who fail to pay will not be allowed to fill the Matriculation Oath Form that will qualify them to be eligible students. No Matriculating student will be allowed entry into the venue without a gown, or after the arrival of the Vice-Chancellor.
