BUK Notice on Completion of Admission Documentation and Students ID Card Collection 2026.

The University Management wishes to inform all fresh students admitted for the 2025/2026 Academic Session that the recently conducted matriculation exercise formally marks the completion of the admission process.

Accordingly, all fresh students are hereby directed to proceed to the Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records (DEAR) to complete the final stage of their registration, which involves the necessary documentation and collection of their Student Identity (ID) Cards.

In view of the foregoing, all concerned students are urged to complete their documentation and collect their Student ID Cards from the DEAR on or before Friday, 31st July 2026.

Students are strongly advised to note that no student will be permitted to sit for any University examination without a valid Student Identity (ID) Card.

All students are advised to treat this directive with the utmost importance and ensure prompt compliance within the stipulated deadline.
