CHST TSAFE Admission Requirements

• Applicants must possess 5 Credit passes at not more than two sittings in English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Minimum JAMB Cut-off Marks:
• 100 for all programmes, except:
• 110 for School of Medical Laboratory Technology, School of Pharmacy, and School of Community Health Sciences.

• Visit https://applicant.safapply.com/chsttsafe for application guidelines and to complete the online application form.
• Cost of Application Form: Six Thousand Naira (N6,000) only.
• Closing Date: Friday, 24th September, 2025.

• Candidates who have not initially chosen CHST Tsafe as their first choice can obtain a GREEN CARD and make appropriate changes before the admission screening deadline.
