Complain to JAMB About Your Issues Without Stress, Here’s How

Are you a 2024 JAMB candidate or know someone who will be writing the JAMB exam? JAMB has released how candidates with issues can contact them and get their issues resolved without traveling to the JAMB Office.

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has informed 2024 candidates that if they have issues, they can easily contact them (JAMB) in the comfort of their homes.

According to JAMB, candidates can contact them through their support portal by raising a ticket, which is FREE of charge.

To raise a ticket on the JAMB Portal, candidates are to visit the support portal jamb.gov.ng/support, click CREATE SUPPORT TICKET AND FOLLOW THE PROMPT.

Once JAMB receives your ticket, you’ll be replied accordingly.

JAMB has also informed candidates having issues generating profile code that they can also contact them their their support portal.

When you contact JAMB through their support portal, it might be a while before they reply to you.

As a result, make sure that you only contact them when you have absolutely no choice.

• Commencement of 2026 JAMB UTME Registration: January 2026.
• Deadline for the 2026 UTME Registration: March 2026.
• 2026 UTME Mock Examination Date: April 2026.
• Printing of 2026 UTME Examination Slips: April 2026.
• 2026 UTME Examination Date: April – May 2026.
• Release of UTME Results: May 2026.
• Sale of 2026 Direct Entry (DE) application form: March 2026.
• Deadline for the 2025 DE application: It will likely be on or before June 2026.
