EKSU Notice to Newly Admitted Students Yet to Upload Documents on Portal for Screening and Registration process.

According to the management, It has been observed that a large number of candidates who have accepted the 2025/2026 admission offer are yet to upload the required documents for verification and screening on the University portal.
As at today, only 4,688 candidates have successfully completed this process.
Please note that the Matriculation ceremony would be coming up very soon and only candidates who have successfully generated their matriculation numbers would be considered as bonafide students of the University.
Any candidate that fails to generate his/her matriculation number before the Matriculation ceremony would automatically forfeit his/her admission.
Consequently, I write to implore you to please inform all the candidates that have accepted offer of admission in the 2025/2026 admission exercise that registration is compulsory and no candidate will be assigned a Matriculation number without it.
Candidates who are yet to upload their documents for verification and screening on the EKSU portal should do so on or before Thursday, 15th January, 2026.
The above is for the immediate compliance of the affected candidates, please.
Thank you.
