Federal College of Education, FCE Zaria Notice to All graduating EZ 17 Regular NCE Students and EZPP 16 PART-TIME to date.


This is to inform parents, staff, students, and the general public that the graduating NCE students of FCE Zaria (EZ 17 Regular and EZPP 16 Part-time to date)
will serve as a pilot for a new certificate collection process.
We are excited to announce a new breakthrough in certificate collection using a paperless (digital) process at Federal College of Education, Zaria.
As part of our efforts to continue to digitize and streamline our processes, we are introducing an easier way of certificate collection system.
This innovative system reduces the stress students face in collecting certificates in the college.

New steps for collecting your NCE certificate at FCE Zaria:
- Print your congratulations/acknowledgement letter at ECRV Unit (A.A. Ladan Hall).
- Collect payment teller for payments of certificate folder at the same office (A.A. Ladan Hall) and make payment at the college bank (ZAFEC).
- Proceed to MIS Unit to obtain your certificate processing unique PIN.
- Pay your certificate fee at the College Bank (ZAFEC), which is 2,500 and 1,000 only for Alumni.
- After paying your certificate fee at the bank, proceed to the Bursary Department with your payment teller and obtain a receipt.
- Return the following to the ECRV Unit (A.A. Ladan):
a. Certificate processing unique PIN
b. Certificate payment receipt
c. Application letter for collection of certificate, addressing the Registrar through the Head, ECRV Unit.
d. Scratch card for verification of O/Level results.
e. School identity card
f. NCE statement of result, if you have previously collected
Benefits of the new process:
- Convenience: You will use only your unique certificate processing PIN and O/Level scratch card to get your certificate.
- You can update your bio-data if necessary at one place, i.e., the ECRV office.
- Time-saving: No need to go to a far place (CBT) to print your congratulations/acknowledgement letter.
