Federal Polytechnic, Offa Closure For Upcoming 2023 General Elections

In compliance with the Ministerial directive through the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) that all Polytechnics should be closed for the upcoming 2023 General Elections, Management has therefore directed that all academic activities be suspended and the Polytechnic be closed from Wednesday, 22nd February to Tuesday, 14th March, 2023. The Polytechnic is expected to resume for full academic activities on Wednesday 15th March, 2023 while lectures resume on Monday 20th March, 2023.

Management enjoins staff and students to conduct themselves towards a peaceful, free and fair election.

All staff on essential duties are expected to be at their duty posts during the period of the closure.
