The Senate of the Federal University Dutse (FUD) has expelled 20 students, rusticated 15 others, exonerated 2, and issued written warnings to 3 students over examination malpractice cases in the Second Semester 2024/2025 academic session.


The Senate of Federal University Dutse (FUD) has approved the following decisions based on the recommendations of the Senate Committee on Examination Misconduct for the Second Semester 2024/2025 Academic Session:
- Expulsion of 20 students
- Rustication of 15 students
- Exoneration of 2 students
- Written warning to 3 students
These decisions were made in accordance with the categories of offences and punishments governing both undergraduate and postgraduate studies. This was disclosed in a statement signed by the Director, Academic Affairs, FUD, Malam Nura Danbatta. The affected students were drawn from various faculties and departments of the University.
