Federal University Kashere (FUKASHERE) Resumption Date for Completion of 2021/2022 Academic Session has been Announced.

Following the postponement of gubernatorial and state assembly elections by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from 11th March, 2023 to 18th March, 2023 and the subsequent extension of the Ministerial Directives on the closure of all Universities and Inter University Centres by one week, I write to inform you that the Vice-Chancellor on behalf of Senate has approved a Revised Academic Calendar for the 2021/2022 Academic Session.
The revised approved calendar is adjusted to incorporate the extension of the Ministerial Directive on the Elections Break earlier scheduled to end on Tuesday, 14th March to Monday, 20th March, 2023.
Therefore, the continuation of lectures for Stream II students has been rescheduled for Tuesday, 21st March, 2023. Similarly, the resumption and commencement of the second semester academic activities earlier scheduled for 24th April, 2023 is now rescheduled to resume and commence on 1st May, 2023. Hence, the commencement of the 2022/2023 academic session earlier slated for Monday, 23rd October, 2023 is now rescheduled for Monday, 30th October, 2023.
