Gombe State College of Health Sciences HND Admission Form 2026/2027 is Out [UPDATED]

CHSK Form 2026: Gombe State College of Health Sciences and Technology, Kaltungo (CHSTK) Admission forms (HND) for the 2026/2027 session are now on sale. The closing date is Friday, 17th July 2026.

We are pleased to inform the General Public that Gombe State College of Health Sciences and Technology Kaltungo has successfully secured approval from the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) to commence Higher National Diploma National Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics (HND-NUD), in addition to the two existing once; Higher National Diploma Environmental Health Technology (HND-EHT), and Higher National Diploma Health Information Management (HND-HIM).

In light of the above, applications are invited from qualified candidates into the programmes.

PROGRAMMES AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Higher National Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics (HND-NUD)

  • National Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics (ND-NUD)
  • Evidence of one-year SIWES certificate
  • Five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry in WAEC/NECO (not more than two sittings)

Higher National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology (HND-EHT)

  • National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology (ND-EHT)
  • Evidence of one-year SIWES certificate
  • Five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry in WAEC/NECO (not more than two sittings)

Higher National Diploma in Health Information Management (HND-HIM)

  • National Diploma in Health Information Management (ND-HIM)
  • Evidence of one-year SIWES certificate
  • Five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry in WAEC/NECO (not more than two sittings)
