IBBUL Warns Against Hostel Accommodation Racketeering

The Management of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai has noted with dismay a disturbing development by some individuals and groups who specialize in short-changing unsuspecting students, especially freshers to secure hostel accommodation for them.

These groups have been practicing this ugly trend for some time now, especially at the beginning of sessions by securing hostel accommodations and selling them at exorbitant rates.

As it is, the Student Affairs
Division has been directed to investigate with a view to fishing out those involved for appropriate action.

Anyone caught, both the seller and the buyer will, accordingly, face the wrath of the University Management, as stringent measures are to be taken on them.
