KADPOLY Matriculation Date 2025 Announced [UPDATED]

The matriculation ceremony for both Regular and Evening students of Kaduna polytechnic is slated for March 12th, 2025 in main campus, all ND1 and HND 1 students are to be present for the matriculation oath.

This has become necessary so as to give students more time to pay their school fees and register.

NOTE:

All new students are reminded that their admission remain provisional until they matriculate.

This means that they must be present in person at the matriculation ceremony on the March 12th, 2025.

Appearance by proxy will not be accepted.

All matriculating students are required to to collect their matriculation oath forms and academic gown loans forms from their respective departments.

The academic gowns should be collected from Academic Affairs Division, Central Administration after the payment of N500 (five hundred Naira) only to the Kaduna Polytechnic Micro Finance Bank.

Only duly-filled matriculation oath forms will be collected back at the venue of the matriculation exercise.

Failure to submit the form at the venue will mean automatic forfeiture of admission by the student concerned.
