LASU Admission List 2025/2026 is Out [UPDATED]

Lagos State University Admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session has been released. This is to inform all candidates who participated in the 2025/2026 Admission Screening Exercise that they can proceed to check if their names are on the Provisional Admission list of successful candidates.

The list of admitted candidates have been uploaded online via JAMB CAPS. Candidates are to follow the procedure below to check

How to Check LASU Admission List.

Lagos State University, LASU prospective students can NOW check their admission status from the JAMB and School’s Portal.

Check on JAMB Admission Portal

To check your admission status on JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal, please follow the procedure below:

1. Go https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
2. Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
3. Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
4. Then click on Admission Status,
5. You should then click on check admission status or
6. Click on Access my CAPS.
7. Select the three-dotted lines at the top right corner of your browser ( i.e. ⋮) and then tick ‘Desktop site‘. (you can click on the image for better view)
8. Then click on admission status
9. You will either see admission in progress check back later, or NOT ADMITTED, or CONGRATULATIONS.
10. Case 1: If you see CONGRATULATIONS…, accept/Reject your admission and wait for further instruction.
11. Case 2: If you see admission in progress, then be patient, the status will change in few days/weeks. Just check back after some time.
12. Case 3: Not Admitted, if in such case, please don’t give up yet! You might still gain admission. Just be hopeful!

Check on LASU Admission Portal

The list of admitted candidates have been uploaded online via school portal. Candidates are to follow the procedure below to check;

1. Step One: Visit services.lidc.lasu.edu.ng/admissionscreening/login.php
2. Step Two: Enter your JAMB registration number and your Surname in the space provided. Please make sure you use CAPITAL LETTERS FOR ALPHABETS IN YOUR REG. NUMBER.
3. Step Three: Click Login to access your dashboard
4. Locate the Check admission status and click on it. If admitted your will see the message in the image above. Otherwise, you won’t!

CHECK: LASU Acceptance Fee.

Congratulations to candidates who made it to the Lagos State University Admission list 2025/2026 Session. Please do not forget to accept/reject their admission on JAMB CAPS PORTAL (once the admission reflects on jamb portal)

WHAT IS LASU STREAM (II) 2

Stream I is the normal degree course that everybody knows. Stream II in LASU is the same degree course but with additional entrepreneurship programmes. In LASU it is also called SPECIAL PROGRAMME.

What you need to know about the special Programme:

1. The programme is a full-time programme and runs for four(4) years.
2. The programme uses the same curriculum with normal students.
3. At the end of the programme, students will be given two certificates.
   (i.e Entrepreneurship certificate & B.Sc/B.A Certificate
4. The programme holds at Main Campus,Ojo , Lagos State.
5. The Only difference between the special Programme and the normal full time programme is the school fees.
6. Last year, the special Programme school fees was N150,000.00 per year while Normal Full time school fee remains N25,000
7. After the programme,students will be able to proceed for National Youth Service Corp(NYSC).
8. Q: I did not register for the stream II, will I gain admission? Ans: Yes you have chances, but the possibility is really slim

LASU Acceptance Fees FAQ

Q: Please I have been offered admission, can I pay my acceptance fee? Ans: For now, you can’t pay! The acceptance fee payment have not yet started, once its starts, we will update this page.  

Q: LASU have offered me admission but I have not yet seen the admission on JAMB Portal. Can I pay my acceptance fee?

Ans: When the candidates officially start paying the acceptance fee, you can pay yours even without seeing your details on the JAMB Portal.

Hopefully, before the payment commences, all names will be on the JAMB Portal.
