LASU Online Clearance for 2025/2026 is Out [UPDATED]

LASU Screening of New Students: The Lagos State University (LASU) online Screening / Clearance Exercise Of Admitted Students 2025/2026 Academic Session commence will Wednesday, 17th September 2025.

Admitted candidates into Lagos State University in the 2025/2026 academic session are expected to participate in the online admissions clearance exercise through the use of LASU Central Admissions Clearance Application (LACACA).

Successful candidates, at the end of the LACACA operation, shall be assigned matriculation numbers while unsuccessful candidates shall be considered to have forfeited their offer of provisional admissions. 

The LACACA operation is a product of LASU Consult Limited; and as such all the participating and admitted candidates in the 2025/2026 academic session are to pay for the required Clearance Fee through the LASU e-payment portal. 

Candidates are required to have made payment for acceptance, medical, clearance, and tuition fees before commencing the online clearance.

PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT OF (LACACA) CLEARANCE FEES

  • IVisit lasu.edu.ng/consult
  • Enter your JAMB Registration Number in the field labeled “Matriculation Number/Application Number.”
  • Provide a valid email address and phone number.
  • Click Continue.

STEP-BY-STEP APPROACH TO COMPLETE THE LACACA OPERATION

  • Visit the LASU Website – https://www.lasu.edu.ng
  • Hover over the STUDENT tab and click on UG LACACA.
  • Enter your UTME registration number and surname, then click Submit.

Candidates are expected to complete the process by supplying the following information on their dashboard:

  • (a) Validate your basic bio-data details.
  • (b) Verify your disability status.
  • (c) Upload O’Level scratch card details.
  • (d) Upload your original birth certificate.
  • (e) Upload your original UTME results.
  • (f) Upload your original JAMB admission letter.
  • (g) Upload your scanned signature.
  • (h) Submit the application by checking the “I Agree” text box, then click Submit.
  • iv. At this stage, the admission clearance progresses to 20%, and the documents will be submitted for further scrutiny by dedicated university officials.
  • v. Candidates should check the progress of their admission clearance, as necessary attention may be required based on the uploaded documents.
  • vi. Candidates with errors requiring correction will need to pay for such corrections on the LASU payment portal – https://www.lasu.edu.ng/epayment.
  • vii. Upon reaching 100% clearance progress, successful candidates will be able to print the LASU Admission Clearance Certificate for the 2024/2025 academic session and will be assigned a matriculation number.

Note: The online clearance has already Wednesday, 17th September 2025 and closed Wednesday, 1st October 2025.

Rejected students are advised to check their portal and note the reasons for rejection. Some may need to visit the Admission Office on the 3rd Floor of the Senate Building, LASU main campus, Ojo, for further guidance.
