LAUTECH Documentation for Freshers’ 2021/2022 Session

Ladoke Akintola University of Science and Technology (LAUTECH) Submission Of Documents For The Purpose Of Profiling Of Newly Admitted Students For 2021/2022 has been announced.

This is to inform students who were offered provisional admission during the 2021/2022 admission exercise as well as candidates who transferred from other institutions during the period under reference to present two copies of each of the underlisted documents to the Admissions and Undergraduate Records Unit.

This should be done as from Monday, March 14, 2022 to Monday, March 28, 2022 at the Amphitheatre between 9:00am and 2:00pm each working day;

1. 2 copies of notification of recommendation for admission
2. 2 copies of JAMB Admission letter
3. 2 copies of verified O’ Level result(s)
4. 2 copies of receipt of payment of acceptance fee
5. 2 copies of birth certificate or sworn affidavit of birth
6. 2 copies of Local Government/State identification
7. Original copies of letters of recommendation from two (2) reputable persons
8. Original sworn affidavit of good behavior and one (1) copy of same
9. Original receipt of purchase of student Hand Book and one (1) copy of same
10. 2 copies of medical clearance form
11. 2 copies of receipt of payment of tuition fee
12. 2 copies of oath of allegiance form printed from the student portal
13. 2 copies of Bio-data form
14. 2 recent passport photographs.

The exercise is aimed at profiling the concerned students to their respective faculties and departments. Any of the concerned students who fail to comply with this directive will automatically forfeit his/her admission.
