A Nigerian man, @thedaviddosu, revealed that he dropped out of a fully-funded master’s program in Europe out of boredom and has since secured roles at CERN, the Open Quantum Institute, the University of Geneva, and the Swiss Department of Defense.


A Nigerian man has shared the reason behind his decision to drop out of a fully-funded master’s program in Europe.
Identified on X as @thedaviddosu, he revealed that despite being on a full scholarship, he chose to leave the program because he found it uninteresting and wanted to explore other opportunities.
In a post, he wrote:
“Got bored and dropped out of a fully-funded master’s program in Europe. ✅
Now a research fellow at CERN. ✅
Research associate at Open Quantum Institute. ✅
Guest lecturer at the University of Geneva. ✅
Building tech for the Swiss Department of Defense. ✅
And it’s not even day one yet.
