Cursory: An unidentified man has come out on social media to allege that the girl who was lambasted by her parents for asking for an iPhone 8 is truly corrupt.
It was earlier reported that a young girl was lashed by her father for requesting for an iPhone 8 as a birthday gift.
The father’s response brought lots of reactions from Netizens, with many wondering why her father should insult her in such manner.
This user on Twitter, @_Deejay07, made a tweet asking people to stop judging, while acknowledging that her parents shouldn’t have talked to her in such manner. He said;
“If you all know this girl sha 😕
She be big problem I did jamb tutorial with her..
She will always miss class
Sometimes come late
Even if she come she will never listen just playing around and doing Tiktok”
He added that on Fridays when they go to the field, some of the girls, which she is among, follow them and do a lot of bad things. According to him, that explains why her father said “we know all you do with your body”.
He insists that she has failed Jamb twice despite attending three sets of tutorials. He also implored those who think he’s lying to go through her Tiktok page and see for themselves, saying this should not be the right time to ask for a phone after failing to gain admission into the university.
