MAPOLY Releases New Academic Calendar, Announces February 16 Tuition Payment Deadline.


Authorities of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta have announced Friday, 16th February, 2024 as deadline for the payment of school fees for all categories of students.
This was approved at the emergency Academic Board meeting held on Thursday 8th February, 2024.
It should be recalled that the 2023/2024 academic session had started since Wednesday, 27th December, 2023.
The Board, while considering academic matters, reintroduced and ratified 60:40 tuition payment ration to all fresh National Diploma and Higher National Diploma Full-Time and Part-Time (i.e ND 1 & HND1) students.
Premised on the above, a penalty fee of Five Thousand Naira (₦5000.00) only per week for late payments was approved.
Meanwhile, Students who have been on SIWES since Tuesday, 2nd January, 2024 are expected back to campus on Monday, 1st April while Orientation programme will run from Monday, 8th- Tuesday, 9th April, 2024.
It was also revealed that Matriculation and Oath Taking ceremony for the session will hold on Wednesday, 17th April, 2024.
The Board stated that the first semester examination will begin on Monday, 29th April for all categories of students, who have duly completed their registration before the deadline of February 16, 2024.
